I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to guiding professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs towards balance and success in all facets of life, including career, relationships, and personal fulfillment. With a compassionate and insightful approach, I am committed to supporting individuals grappling with stress, overcoming relationship obstacles, and breaking free from stagnant life patterns.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. My graduate training was completed at the University of Miami's Institute for Individual and Family Counseling and Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Post-graduation, I pursued intensive specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy, among others.
Born and raised in Italy, I leverage my multicultural background to offer compassionate support to clients from diverse cultural experiences. Fluent in both English and Italian, I am committed to making therapy accessible and effective for all my clients.
